WHAT IS YOUR PICKUP POLICY?

Rental items are available for pickup on Wednesday evening before your event...if items are not booked the weekend before, I will contact you to let you know that you can pick up your items early

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items must be returned no later than Monday following your event.  Items must returned in as rented condition

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, check, Venmo

 

HOW DO I RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY?

Choose your items, place an order, and then I'll call you and we can go through how many you need and dates for your event.  

To reserve your date and items I ask for a completed rental agreement and a deposit.  If your order is under $50 I ask that the full amount due accompany the rental agreement.  If your order is over $50 I ask for a non refundable $50 deposit that will go towards your final bill.  If there are damages there will be replacement costs provided.
